I started Marshall Financial in 2006 when I realized there wasn’t a very good option for businesses looking to manage their finances to help grow their business.
I’ve met many business owners who either tie themselves down by keeping their own books or they struggle to find reliable help to do it for them. Outsourcing can be a great option for small businesses, because it gives the client access to much greater resources at a reasonable cost. However, many outsourced providers offer a standardized solution that is not agile enough to actively support the changing demands of a growing business. What I wanted to do was provide a third option that gives my clients all the resources of having a full-time accounting staff, without the cost.
